See the photo at the bottom of this page... this is part of our early morning view from our cottage. Now, you can see why I'm so often escaping there. It's a lovely place to write... Thanks to those readers who've commented that you really enjoyed The Bridesmaid's Best Man. I have already received the hardcover copies of my next book Adopted: Outback Baby, which go straight in the post to my Mum and my daughters. I've been writing hard, but any spare time has been spent at our little place in the country... in the Misty Mountains in the Cairns hinterland. We are hoping to spend much more time there soon. It's so beautiful and peaceful and quiet and I get to do plenty of gardening in between bouts of writing.
